Refund policy

Because Core4Healing™ products are medical-adjacent skincare and wound-care items, we cannot accept opened or used products for safety reasons.

• Eligible Returns: Only unopened, unused items in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items: Any opened, used, or partially used product cannot be returned.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
